Clinical Research

As part of its commitment to continuing to improve the state of knowledge relevant to the treatment of psychiatric disorders, Gateway Psychiatric Services is involved in clinical research trials with new medications and with existing medications or new indications. The Gateway staff includes a research coordinator, the Clinic Director, Dr. Peter Forster, a nationally recognized expert on bipolar and mood disorders, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a psychologist.
