Some of our patients have asked how they can best express their appreciation for the work we do.
One of the best ways is to write a review about Gateway Psychiatric. This is not only gratifying (if honest) but it also helps make us visible when other patients or families are seeking care.
We have now updated this post with the current information on how to post a review in Google since the previous method of writing a review through Google Plus (Google+) is no longer an option due to its shutdown in 2019.
NOTE: Your Google reviews and photos are publicly visible on the web under your profile name and may appear in places like:
- Your Google Profile
- Google search results
- Google Maps
- Third-party sites and apps that use Google services
How to leave a review in Google Search [2022 updated]
1 – Open a Google Search Page and type the name of the business name of the company, in this case type “Gateway Psychiatric Services”, you can also include the location to be more specific as to which office location you want to post the review for.
2 – On the right side of the search results page, you will see the Business Profile.
3 – Scroll down to the Reviews section and click on “Write a review”.
4 – If you are not logged in to your Google account, a pop-up will appear and ask you to log-in, otherwise proceed to step-5.
5 – A review form will pop-up and you can then select the Star Ratings (the greater number of stars indicate a positive experience) then write your review on the comments field and you also have the option to add a photo. Click on “Post” to complete the review.
How to leave a review in Google Maps
1 – Open Google Maps and search for the business name.
2 – The business profile will appear on the left column. Scroll down and click on “Write a review”
3 – The review form will pop up. Select the Star Ratings (the greater number of stars indicate a positive experience) then write your review on the comments field and click “Post”.
