These are instructions for Cara Hoepner’s patients who have a medication question or need a refill during her absence.
- If one or more of the prescriptions you need approved is for a controlled substance, you must set up a brief appointment with me before I can write the prescription.
- For refills of non-controlled substance prescriptions, you may be able to get a refill without an appointment by filling out this form . Please note that, if I have any questions about the prescription [for example, if Cara’s last note suggests that she was changing the prescription, or has a different dose listed, etcetera, etcetera] then we will have to have a brief appointment anyway.
