Introduction
Your primary contact at Gateway for both clinical and administrative questions is your clinician. If your clinician feels that someone else can best answer your question they will forward your question to that person. In addition, Dr. Forster is always available to answer questions if your clinician is not immediately available.
We divide concerns into three categories - emergencies (where an immediate response is necessary), urgent issues (where a response is needed in one to two hours) and all other issues (we do our best to respond to these issues before the end of the next business day).
For emergencies - call 911 or go to your emergency room. We will do our very best to be available to your emergency providers, we can usually provide them with faxed information and can talk to them by phone.
For urgent issues - we suggest using more than one communication method. Generally if you call Dr. Forster's cell phone and also send him an email message you will get the most reliable response.
